    On an individual plan, click your profile in the bottom left → Settings → Connectors → Add. On a Team or Enterprise plan, go to Organization settings → Connectors → Add.

    Enter DonorAtlas for the name and the server URL below.

    Change tools to Always allow to skip Claude asking your permission each time you use DonorAtlas.

    Click your profile in the bottom left → Settings → Developer mode → turn on. This allows you to add custom MCP servers.

    Still in Settings, go to Plugins → Browse plugins → +.

    Enter DonorAtlas for the name and the server URL below.

Good to know

Do I need a special DonorAtlas plan?

No. Every DonorAtlas user can connect an assistant, free through October 9, 2026. After that, a team admin assigns MCP seats to the people who use it, from the Team page in DonorAtlas.

What can my assistant see?

Exactly what you can see in DonorAtlas, and nothing more. Everyone signs in with their own account, every request runs with that person's permissions, and your team's data never mixes with anyone else's.

Does the assistant do anything on its own?

Only what you ask for in the conversation. Looking people up and searching just read. Adding to a list, running an export, or starting live research on someone happen only when you ask, and the assistant tells you what it did.

Which tools does it get?

Profiles, giving history, wealth, boards, contact info, plain-language prospecting, and your lists and networks. The full, always-current list is on the tool reference.
